FISH SOUP 
4 garlic cloves, crushed
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. leeks, chopped
1/2 c. celery, green pepper, carrots - chopped
1 (32 oz.) can peeled tomatoes
1 tsp. saffron threads
1/4 c. flour
1 c. white wine
3 c. clam juice
2 lbs. boneless fish - halibut, haddock
1/2 lb. lg. shrimp
1 lb. clams or mussels, scrubbed
Salt and pepper
