CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 pkg. chicken flavored Stove Top stuffing
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can fried onion rings, optional

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Line bottom with chicken. Prepare stuffing mix according to directions for extra moist stuffing and spread over chicken. Dilute mushroom soup with 1/2 can milk and spread over stuffing. Top with onions, if desired. Bake 1/2 hour at 400 degrees.
