CHICKEN MARINADE | |
Chicken pieces, breasts, or whole cut up (skin removed) 1/2 c. picante sauce 1/4 c. dijon mustard 2 tbsp. lime juice Put chicken pieces in baking dish. Mix ingredients and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or more. Bake in 425 degree oven for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes (or less), uncovered. Serve with rice. |
