CHICKEN MARINADE 
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. dry mustard
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 c. lemon juice

Enough for 2 chickens. Mix ingredients and soak chicken in mixture at least 1 hour, turning several times. Then grill or broil chicken.
