CHICKEN PICCATA 
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 egg
2 tsp. milk
butter
1 sliced lemon

Mix crumbs, cheese and parsley in shallow dish for dipping. Beat egg and milk in a second shallow dish. Melt butter in frying pan. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then bread mixture and fry until appearance is golden and chicken is cooked. Garnish with sliced lemon. Serves 6.
