BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
1 tomato, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease lightly a 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread broccoli in dish. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, butter and eggs, 1 minute. Pour over broccoli. Arrange tomato slice on top; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in a 350 degree oven until golden brown and knife inserted halfway in center comes out clean; about 30 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6-8.
