1 pkg. soda crackers
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
Pecans, optional

Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cover cookie sheet completely with soda crackers. Heat butter and brown sugar to boiling point, boil 3 minutes, then pour over crackers. Bake for 7 minutes. Open oven door and pour chocolate chips on top of crackers. Let set until chocolate can be smoothed with a spoon to cover entire cookie sheet. Sprinkle with pecans, if desired. Chill until chocolate hardens then break up into pieces.
