CHOCOLATE HEATH BAR 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
Saltine crackers
Semi-sweet chocolate chips (12 oz.)
Pecan meal (finely ground pecans)

Mix first 3 ingredients, cook in sauce pot, boil 3 minutes.

Line a cookie sheet pan with foil, spray with Pam. Line pan with crackers, 35 or more. Pour hot mixture over crackers. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven. Pour 12 ounce bag chocolate chips over baked mixture. These will melt, spread evenly. Then sprinkle with pecan dust. Cool in refrigerator. Break apart.
