CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
CAKE LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Hershey's syrup

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

MINT CREAM CENTER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. watter
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

CAKE LAYER: In large bowl combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.

MINT CREAM CENTER: In small bowl combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Spread mint cream on cooled cake, cover and chill.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING: Melt over low heat; remove from heat and stir until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over chilled dessert. Cover and chill at least one hour before serving.
