CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. (16 oz.) can chocolate syrup

Mix all ingredients together. Spread in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.

MINT LAYER:

2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. mint extract
3 drops green food coloring

Beat until smooth. Spread on top of cooled 1st layer. Cover and chill.

CHOCOLATE TOPPING:

6 tbsp. butter (melted in microwave)
1 c. Hershey's mint or semi-sweet chips

Spread on top of 2nd layer and put back in refrigerator to chill.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
