CHOCOLATE MINT DESSERT 
2 c. (54) vanilla wafer cookie crumbs
6 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 sq. melted unsweetened chocolate
1 c. whipping cream
3 3/4 c. (6 1/2 oz. pkg.) mini marshmallows
2 tbsp. crushed peppermint candy

Blend together 6 tablespoons melted butter and crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 7 x 11 inch pan. Cream 1/2 cup butter and the sugar together. Add the eggs and chocolate, beat until light and fluffy. Spoon over crumbs. Set in the refrigerator.

While whipping the cream, gently fold the marshmallows into the whipping cream. Spread over the chocolate layer. Sprinkle with candy crumbs and return to the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
