Big marshmallows (3 for each man)
Icing and/or gel
Pretzel sticks
Various candies
Gumdrops

Attach marshmallows with dab of icing or gel. Insert pretzel stick arms. For faces and buttons, use gel or icing and fruit flavor candies. Use icing for hair; top with gumdrops for hats.
