BOURBON HOT DOGS 
2 pkg. all beef hot dogs
1 (14 oz.) bottle ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. Canadian Club bourbon
1 tbsp. grated onion
Sm. pinch of oregano

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut hot dogs into 1-inch pieces. Mix together all the ingredients and bake 1 hour; the first 1/2 hour covered and the second 1/2 hour uncovered. Serve in chafing dish. Serves 25-30 people.
