BREAD DIP BASKET 
Knorr or other vegetable soup mix
2 to 2 1/2 c. sour cream
Sourdough round bread
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Mix soup and sour cream, drained, thawed spinach. Let sit several hours. Cut off top of sourdough round. Cut in cubes. Scoop out inside of bread; cut in cubes. Serve dip inside bread, arrange cubes around.
