BREAD BOAT & DIP 
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup
1 loaf Italian bread
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Water chestnuts and Knorr Vegetable Soup found in Oriental Section of store.

Cook spinach according to directions; drain and soak remaining water out with paper towel.

Mix chestnuts, onion, soup, sour cream, Miracle Whip and spinach. Cut bread lengthways so there is a top and bottom. Cut the top into cubes. Take insides of the bottom out with a knife or your fingers. Cut, or break the insides into cubes. Fill the "boat" with mix. Spread on cubes. Delicious.
