QUICK GRAVY 
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 c. ready-to-serve beef or chicken broth

In 1 quart microwave safe dish, stir together cornstarch and pepper. With wire whisk, gradually blend in broth. Microwave on High 3-5 minutes stirring frequently, or until thickened. Makes 1 cup gravy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
