PEAR CRISP 
1 (#2 1/2) can pear halves, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

Arrange pear halves in shallow baking dish; sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in small bowl; cut in butter to form crumbs. Sprinkle mixture over pears. Bake in hot oven, 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool, serve with whipped cream if desired. Serves 4, 200 calories per serving.
