PEAR CRISP | |
1 qt. pared & sliced fresh pears 1 c. sifted flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. vanilla Put pears in buttered pie pan. Mix flour, salt and brown sugar. Cut butter-vanilla mixture into flour-sugar mixture with fork. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 45 minutes or until fruit is tender and crumbs are golden brown. |
