CHICKEN MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Pour over chicken pieces in a non-metal pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. May also use for basting. Great for outside grilling.
