CAJUN CHICKEN SANDWICH 
1/4 c. red wine
1/4 c. teriyaki marinade
1/4 c. water
3/4 tsp. ground pepper
3/4 tsp. white pepper
3/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. thyme

1 tbsp. nonfat yogurt 1 tbsp. reduce calorie mayonnaise 8 slices whole grain bread, toasted 2 c. coarsely shredded lettuce

MARINADE: Combine all ingredients in bowl. Add chicken, toss to coat. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Prepare grill or preheat broiler and broiler pan. Combine mayonnaise and yogurt. Spread on one side of each toast slice. Top half the slices with shredded lettuce.

Lightly oil grill or broiler pan. Grill or broil chicken 4 inches from heat 2 to 3 minutes per side until just cooked through. Arrange chicken on lettuce. Top with remaining toast.
