CHICKEN MARINADE 
2 oz. Worcestershire sauce
4 oz. soy sauce
4 oz. peanut oil
4 oz. lemon juice
6 oz. white wine
1/8 c. crushed onion
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. ginger

Mix all ingredients and pour over boneless chicken in sealable container. Marinate overnight or at least 8 hours. (Will marinate up to 10 pounds of boneless chicken.) Grill or broil.
