MARINATED VEGETABLES 
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 cans French style green beans
2 cans butter beans
2 cans English peas with pearl onions
1/2 c. pimiento

Combine first 4 ingredients. Drain vegetables. Chop pimiento. Combine vegetables and pimiento. Pour oil/vinegar mixture over this. Stir. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Stir before serving. Serves 8.
