CHICKEN CAROLINA 
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1/2 stick butter
1 med. onion or to taste
2 c. chicken broth
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook chicken and remove from bone. Put it in a 13 x 9 inch pan sprayed with Pam. Mix soup together with one can of water and one can of milk. Pour over chicken. Mix together until moist: the stuffing mix, butter, onion and chicken broth. Spoon over other ingredients. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
