SUMMER SANGRIA 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. brandy
1 lg. orange, quartered
1 lime, sliced
1 c. honeydew melon balls
1 (750 ml) bottle dry red or white wine, chilled (25.4 oz.)

Combine sugar and water in large pitcher. Add juice, brandy and fruit. Just before serving add ice cubes and chilled wine. Very good and pretty with burgundy wine. Serve in large glass pitcher. Very pretty.
