RICE CUSTARD PUDDING 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. pre-cooked rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. skim milk
1 carton EGG BEATERS, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla

NOTE: You can substitute 10 envelopes of EQUAL for sugar. Combine ingredients, mix thoroughly and pour in a buttered 6 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Stir and continue baking for 20 minutes longer.
