MICROWAVE RICE CUSTARD 
1 c. quick cooking rice
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins

Combine rice, pudding, cinnamon and salt in 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole. Stir in milk gradually. Cook in microwave, medium high for 9 to 11 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time with wire whip. Stir in raisins, cook 1 minute.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
