MICHIGAN CHURCH SUPPER 
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion

Cook together in frying pan, stirring often.

6 med. potatoes

Cube, cook and let cool in casserole dish. Place potatoes on bottom, cover with ground beef and onions.

1/2 pt. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup

Mix together and pour over mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-20 minutes.
