PILAF 
1 c. rice, washed well
2 c. chicken broth, boiled
3/4 stick butter
1 c. egg noodles

Fry noodles in the butter until brown. Add rice, fry for 5 minutes, add broth. Cover and simmer until broth evaporates, about 15 minuets. Cover with a towel and cover pot. Let stand 1/2 hour.
