BLUSH FRUIT DIP 
8 oz. carton lowfat dairy sour cream
1 to 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3 med. strawberries, mashed
Fresh fruits

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except fresh fruits; mix well. Cover, refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Serve with an array of fresh fruit. 1 1/4 cups.

TIP: Three tablespoons natural fruit jam can be substituted for the strawberries.
