WEST INDIES SALAD 
1 lb. lump crab meat
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1/2 c. olive oil
3 oz. lemon juice
1/2 c. ice water
3 oz. vinegar (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Layer crab meat and onion in bowl. Pour remaining ingredients over, 1 at a time. Marinate from 2 to 12 hours.
