COOL WHIP COOKIES 
1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 egg
1 (18 oz.) box cake mix any flavor (don't use mix) with pudding in it

Put thawed Cool Whip in a larger bowl with a lid, add the egg, then your favorite cake mix, stir well, refrigerate overnight. Roll into walnut size balls, dip or roll in powdered sugar, place on a lightly greased cookie sheet pan, bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Don't overbake, remove from pan promptly.
