SUGARLESS APPLE PIE 
1 (6 oz.) frozen apple concentrate juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
Salt, to taste
5 large apples (sliced and peeled)
Pastry for 2 crust pie
Sweetener, as desired

Heat apple juice, thicken with cornstarch. Stir in butter, cinnamon, and sweetener. Pour over apples, stir well. Pour into pie shell, cover with top crust; brush top with butter or milk. Bake at 350°F until apples are done. This recipe equals 10 servings. 1 bread, 1 fruit, and 1 fat exchange.
