OYSTER CASSEROLE 
1 jar oysters, drained
1 bunch parsley
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 lemon juice
1 tbsp. hot sauce
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of casserole dish with oysters and sprinkle with lemon juice and hot sauce. Layer parsley and green onions. Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Goes into oven for 12 to 15 minutes until browned and hot.
