CHICKEN A LA INDIA 
3-4 c. chopped chicken or turkey
1/4 lb. butter
1 med. size onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can water, using soup can
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. curry powder

Saute onion in butter and add the mushroom soup, mushrooms, and 1 can of water. Add chicken or turkey, salt, pepper and curry powder. Mix well and heat. Serve this on Minute Rice. Serves 4-5.
