INDIA CHICKEN 
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. Dijon mustard
1/3 c. honey
Cut up chicken or skinless chicken breasts
Green onions

In a 2 cup measuring cup whisk together lemon juice, curry powder, and soy sauce. Then whisk in mustard and honey. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, basting several times, about 1 hour. Sprinkle with green onions. Serve with rice.
