INDIA CHICKEN 
3 1/2 lb. skinned chicken breasts with or without bones
2 bay leaves
Dash of cloves
1 stick cinnamon or 1 tsp.
1 pod cardamom (optional)
Olive oil
2 1/2 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 1/2 tbsp. golden raisins, plumped
8 oz. yogurt
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Brown chicken in a little olive oil then add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon and cardamom. Place in a baking dish and add almonds and raisins. Mix yogurt, cumin and pepper and pour over chicken and mix. Cover, bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Turn over and bake 20 minutes longer.
