SPICY MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
1/4 c. pimientos, drained 1/4 c. chopped bell peppers 1/4 c. chopped onion 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. macaroni, cooked & drained Cook macaroni and drain. Chop onion and bell peppers. Combine onions, pimientos, bell peppers, sour cream, mayonnaise, soup and grated cheese. Stir in cooked macaroni. Spray Pyrex dish with Pam. Pour ingredients into 13x9 inch Pyrex and sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook until it is bubbly and brown at 350 degrees, approximately 30 minutes. |
