6 egg yolks
6 tbsp. cream
1/8 tsp. ground cardamom
6 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. flour

Beat eggs and sugar; add cream, salt, cardamom and flour. Roll thin, cut and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
