PINEAPPLE SAGO 
1/2 c. Minute tapioca
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. pineapple juice
1 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple

Combine pineapple juice and water. Add Minute tapioca and salt to pineapple juice and water. Cook in double boiler for 15 minutes or until tapioca is clear, stirring frequently. Add sugar and pineapple. Chill. Top with whipped cream.
