ORANGE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 box orange Jell-O
3/4 c. sugar
1 medium can crushed pineapple
2 small jars apricot baby food with tapioca
1 medium carton Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Combine Jell-O and pineapple (crushed) with juice in pan. Heat until mixture simmers. Add sugar, baby food and cream cheese (diced). Mix well but do not beat. Chill until thickened when dropped from spoon, about 15 minutes. Slowly blend in Cool Whip. Chill overnight.
