1 sm. pkg. orange-pineapple Jell-O
1 sm. pkg. orange Jell-O
2 lg. cans pineapple, crushed (save juice)
2 lg. bananas, sliced
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
coconut (optional)

Mix Jell-O per box instructions and allow to partially jell. Add drained pineapple, bananas, and nuts. Allow to completely jell. Mix 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon butter, 1 beaten egg, and 2 tablespoons flour. Cook slowly until slightly thickened. Add softened cream cheese while mixture is still warm. When cool, add 8 ounces of Cool Whip and spread over Jell-O. You may also add miniature marshmallows to the Jell-O if you like, and sprinkle coconut over top to make pretty.
