PISTACHIO CREAM 
40 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 scant sugar

FILLING:

2 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 gal. softened ice cream (vanilla)

TOPPING:

1 tub Cool Whip
3 Heath candy bars, crushed

Crust: Mix above ingredients and press into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 300 degrees until lightly brown.

Filling: Mix pudding and milk until it thickens, then blend in softened ice cream. Use hand mixer. Chill. When ready to serve top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with crushed Heath bars.
