4 c. powdered sugar 1 1/2 c. peanut butter 1/2 c. butter, softened 3 c. Rice Krispies 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/3 stick paraffin wax Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter. Stir in Rice Krispies. Shape into 1" balls. Melt chocolate chips and wax together in top of double boiler (if a double boiler is not available you can use pot inside of pot method). Dip balls in chocolate with toothpick and place on wax paper until they become firm. Store in cool, dry place. They may be stored in refrigerator. Yield: 75 candies. |
