ANGEL KISSES 
2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Salt (pinch)
1 c. pecans, broken
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips (miniature)

Preheat oven to 350 to 400 degrees. Beat egg whites stiff. Blend in sugar, slowly. Add vanilla, nuts and chocolate chips by folding in. Drop by teaspoon on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil, shiny side up. Put cookies in oven, then turn off heat. Let in oven for 6 hours. Do not open oven door.
