Golden vanilla cake mix
1 env. Dream Whip
1 pkg. vanilla cooked pudding
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, room temperature
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. container Dream Whip
1 can cherries

Beat cake mix, 1 envelope Dream Whip, package of vanilla pudding, eggs, water and oil for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until done in 13"x9" pan.

In mixing bowl beat cream cheese, instant pudding, milk and vanilla until thick. Spread over cooled cake. Smooth Dream Whip over top custard. Top with cherries or whatever you want.
