BARBECUED BEEF RIBS 
2 lbs. baby beef ribs
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. chili sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
dash pepper
dash dry mustard

Wipe ribs with damp paper towels. Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow pan. Roast ribs at 450°F about twenty minutes, turn once. Mix basting sauce ingredients. Remove ribs from oven. Brush ribs with sauce. Return to oven.

Bake at 450°F for about 20 minutes longer, basting with remaining sauce.
