ANTHONY'S BEEF-N-NOODLE DELIGHT 
1 lb. ground beef
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
5 green onions, chopped fine
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
Garlic & pepper to taste
1 tsp. sugar

Brown ground beef and drain. Add garlic, salt, pepper, sugar and tomato sauce. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Mix onions, sour cream and cream cheese together.

In two quart casserole dish, layer in order: noodles, sour cream mixture and beef. Continue to layer, finish with beef on top.
