BEER BRISKET 
4 lbs. brisket of beef
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. flour
1 can beer
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Combine all ingredients except meat. Place meat in 9 x 12 inch pan. Pour sauce over meat. Cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours per pound.
