BEEF AND BISCUITS 
1-2 lb. ground beef, drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. hot peppers; optional
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. minced onions

In separate bowl mix slightly beaten egg, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.

Mix with meat mixture. Separate 10 biscuits (Texas Style). Put half of the bottom of a 9 inch ungreased pan. Add meat mixture. Top with remaining biscuits, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
