BEEF BISCUIT ROLLS 
FILLING:

2 lbs. hamburger
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. catsup
3/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 egg, beaten

DOUGH:

3 c. baking mix
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk

Mix hamburger mixture together, set aside. Mix dough mix together and roll into 12 x 15 inch rectangle. Top with hamburger mixture. Roll and cut like cinnamon rolls. Approximately 12 rolls. Place flat in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 370 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with heated sauce mixture. May use half hamburger and half sausage.
